$8 FLAT RATE DELIVERY within Australia.
FREE DELIVERY within Australia for all orders over $100.
Major metro locations will receive goods within 4 working days and it may be longer for regional and rural locations.
International shipping is available. Please contact us on hello(at)homedweller.com.au for a quote prior to purchasing.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information.
We use Australia Post and Sendle to send packages.
Sendle is a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.
All packages are provided with a tracking number. Note: Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
In most cases your order will be packed and dispatched the next business day.
Customers will be notified when their order has been processed and the delivery is on its way.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the products for a full refund less shipping costs.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging.
