International shipping is available on most items. Please email email@example.com for a shipping quote.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information.
All parcels are sent from Brisbane, Australia.
Major metro locations should receive goods within 4 working days and may be longer for regional and rural locations.
We use Australia Post and Couriers to send packages.
All packages are provided with a tracking number.
In most cases your order will be packed and dispatched the next business day.
Customers will be notified when their order has been processed and the delivery is on its way.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the products for exchange, refund or credit note on full priced items only.
Exchanges/Change of mind/Returns are not accepted on sale items. Refunds are only available if your order arrives faulty.
You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days of order date to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made via the form of payment for the cost of the items, and will not include the postage costs of the order.
Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are declared faulty.
EXCHANGES: We cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned. If you are needing an exchange you are best to re-purchase the product you are after to ensure you don’t miss out. We will then refund your return as long as it is received within our return guidelines. You will be required to pay the additional postage for product exchanges.
All returned items must be in original condition, not used, altered, or washed, and in the original packaging.
Home Dweller accepts no responsibility for lost returns. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.

To return items please follow these steps
- Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge your return/exchange/credit note request within 5 days of receiving goods.
- Turn the packaging you received your order inside out, or you may repackage or purchase new packaging from the post office.
- Include your item, tape the parcel closed and label the front with our returns address which will be provided when we reply to your email requesting return at email@example.com
- Lodge at post office within 14 days of your order date.
