Shipping and Returns


All orders under $150  –  $9.95 FLAT RATE
Order $150+  –  FREE
Express shipping can be selected at checkout and rate will be based on weight of order.

All parcels are sent from Brisbane, Australia.
Major metro locations will receive goods within 4 working days and may be longer for regional and rural locations.

International shipping is available. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on weight of order.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information. 

We use Australia Post and Sendle to send packages.
Sendle is a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.

All packages are provided with a tracking number. Note: Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

In most cases your order will be packed and dispatched the next business day.
Customers will be notified when their order has been processed and the delivery is on its way.


If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the products for exchange or refund for full priced items.

You must notify us at hello(at) within five days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made via the form of payment for the cost of the items, and will not include the postage costs of the order.

Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are declared faulty. 

All items returned must be in original condition and not be used, worn, altered, washed and must have the original tags attached. Please take care when trying items on to not leave makeup or perfume on the items.

Exchanges/Change of mind/Returns are not accepted on sale items. 

Home Dweller accepts no responsibility for lost returns.


To return a clothing items please follow these steps

  1. Turn the satchel you received your order in inside out, or you may purchase a new satchel from the Post office.
  2. Place your garments for return inside the satchel with a copy of your invoice.
  3. Tape the satchel closed and label the front with our returns address which will be provided when we reply to your email requesting return at hello(at)
  4. Lodge at post office
