Minimum opening order is $200 + shipping and $100 + shipping for reorders.
After you receive approval as a stockist you will be given a discount code to purchase orders via homedweller.com.au, entering your special wholesale code at checkout. After placing your order you will be emailed a separate invoice for the shipping. Please email email@example.com if you would like a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
Payment methods are Credit card, Paypal and Afterpay. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment for products is required prior to processing of orders. Once payment is cleared, we will dispatch your order. All transactions are processed through the Shopify secure online payment gateway platform.
Delivery and time frames will be advised after an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks depending on stock levels. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order. Customers will be notified via email when order is ready to ship. Orders are shipped via Sendle.
All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount.

This website is owned by Felicia Gibson (ABN: 78 682 717 256), and subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please email firstname.lastname@example.org for permission.
Sales outlets/ website and online sales
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Home Dweller at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by Home Dweller. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Home Dweller at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
Note on colour, natural fabrics and timber variance
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible on the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device display of any colour will be accurate. If you are unsure about a colour, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Natural fabrics may contain subtle imperfections such as slubbing and yarn variation. These are characteristics of fibres derived from seeds and plants. The timber is a natural product, the grain may vary from piece to piece. Home Dweller products may have slight variations in size, colour, texture and/or finish. These are not considered faults, rather signifiers that the product is handmade, authentic and unique.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Home Dweller. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from homedweller.com.au. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, PayPal. If you have any concerns or enquiries regarding the privacy of your data contact us at email@example.com
